  • Hips, Glutes, IT Band
  • Adductors
  • Quads, Hip Flexors
  • Ankles

Madeline’s sessions emphasize samasti (evenness), ahimsa (kindness), and aparigrapha (non-striving), fostering a balanced and compassionate practice.

Key Principles and Offerings of Cyclist-focused Yoga Practice:

  1. Builds Breath Awareness and Endurance: Yoga enhances physical endurance by improving core strength, balance, and flexibility.
  2. Creates Mindful Balance and Focus: Yoga promotes relaxation and mental clarity, helping riders manage stress and maintain focus.
  3. Relieves Muscle Soreness and Fatigue: Yoga alleviates muscle soreness, promotes recovery, and reduces injury risk.
  4. Supports Community and Camaraderie: Group sessions foster a sense of community among cyclists.
  5. Holistic Health and Wellness: Yoga aligns with CW200’s goal of promoting a healthy lifestyle, aiding in physical and mental well-being.

Join us for a transformative experience that combines the challenges of cycling with the benefits of yoga. Whether you’re a gravel rider or a road cyclist, the Cottonwood 200 offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature, community, and your inner (yogi) self.
