Registration opens January 1. To register online, click on the logo below or click here. Registration closes May 11, 2025.

Mail-in Registration

You may also mail in your registration. Click here to download the registration form. All registrations must be received by May 11. If ordering a t-shirt, it must be received by May 1.

Entry Fees

Regular Registration:

  • January 1 – April 1: $195
  • April 2 – May 11: $215

KVBC Lifetime Members:

  • January 1 – April 1: $185
  • April 2 – May 11: $205

If you are unable to complete the full 3 days, we also have the following options for those riding 1 or 2 days:

  • 1-Day Entry: $80
  • 2-Day Entry: $160

Registration includes the following:

  • 1-Year Kaw Valley Bicycle Club Membership (good until May 31, 2026).
  • Free t-shirt for 3-day riders when you register by May 1, 2025. Additional t-shirts may be purchased by this date for all other riders and participants. No t-shirts may be ordered after May 1. However, we will have a limited number for sale at the ride.
  • Fully stocked SAG (rest) stops on each day with food and water.
  • Yoga classes throughout the weekend.
  • Acrylic painting class with Doug Burris on Sunday evening, May 25 (limited to 20 participants).
  • Sweep vehicles traveling the routes each day, able to assist and transport riders if needed.
  • Mechanical support for bicycles each day.
  • Air-conditioned overnight accommodations with hot showers at the Council Grove High School on Friday evening (after 6 pm), Saturday, Sunday, and Monday morning. You may sleep inside the high school or camp on the school grounds. The high school will be open to all registered riders and volunteers.
  • A catered meal each day.
  • Photo slideshows of riders on each day. These photos will be available for free download after the ride.

T-Shirts

Free t-shirts are included for those who register for the full 3 days if you order by May 1. You will be asked your size when you register.

If you would like an extra t-shirt, or you do not plan to ride the full 3 days, you can purchase one on BikeReg. T-shirts will be available for pickup at the ride.

The cutoff date for ordering t-shirts is May 1, 2025. We will have a limited number of extra shirts available for purchase at the ride if you did not get one ordered by May 1.

Rider Limits

This ride is limited to 300 riders. The Cottonwood 200 website and BikeReg will be updated to note that the ride is CLOSED if the registration exceeds 300. If the website does not have such a posting, then the ride remains OPEN. BikeReg registration closes on May 11, 2025.

Refund Policy

A $20 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.  There are no refunds after May 17, 2025.

More information will be added as we get closer to the event at the Cottonwood 200 website and the Facebook page. Once you are registered, you will receive direct email communications. Please include your email address during registration to ensure delivery of these messages.
