Below is the calendar of events for the 2023 Cottonwood 200. For the most up-to-date information, registered riders should check their email soon and follow the event on Ride with GPS. Instructions on how to do this will be emailed to all registered riders.
Friday
- 5:30 PM – Council Grove High School open for all participants
- 5:30-9:00 PM – Registration opens at the High School
- 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM – Riverbank Brewing open for ticket redemption
Saturday
- 7:00-9:30 AM – Registration opens at the High School
- 8:00-9:30 AM – Ride Start
- 8:30 AM – First SAG stop opens
- 6:00 PM – Supper provided in the High School cafeteria by Saddlerock Cafe. Included with registration.
- 7:00 PM – Presentation – Santa Fe Trail and Council Grove History by local historian Sharon Hahn
- 8:00 PM – Saturday Social at Riverbank Brewing, 13 E. Main Street, Council Grove
- 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM – Riverbank Brewing open for ticket redemption
Sunday
- 7:00-9:30 AM – Registration opens at the High School
- 7:00-9:00 AM – Optional Breakfast at St. Rose of Lima Church, 300 Spencer Street, Council Grove. Freewill donation requested.
- 8:00-9:30 AM – Ride Start
- 8:30 AM – First SAG stop opens
- 10:30 AM – 2:00 PM – Lunch provided in Strong City. $13 allowance with meal ticket presented to Jacalito Family Restaurant, 521 E. 7th Street, Strong City. Included with registration.
- 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM – Riverbank Brewing open for ticket redemption
- 7:00 PM – Movies at the High School
Monday
- 7:00-9:30 AM – Registration opens at the High School
- 7:00-9:00 AM – Optional Breakfast at St. Rose of Lima Church, 300 Spencer Street, Council Grove. Free will donation requested.
- 8:00-9:30 AM – Ride Start
- 8:30 AM – First SAG stop opens
- 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM – Catered Lunch in the High School. Included with registration.
- 4:00 PM – High School closes
